Scope of Works:
- Site establishment and traffic management
- Extensive earthworks including saw cutting, bulk excavation and disposal
- Pavement construction: proof rolling, crushed rock sub-base, and multi-layer asphalt (base, intermediate, and wearing course)
- Construction of concrete kerb & channel, edge strips, and pedestrian laybacks with tactile indicators
- Footpath and kerb outstand asphalting
- Line marking and removal of redundant pavement markings
- Supply and installation of pedestrian-operated traffic signals
- Installation of raised reflective pavement markers and new signage
- Heritage cast iron barriers installed to Council standards
- Integration of pedestrian bridge crossing and ancillary civil works
