Enoch Civil is an Australian privately owned civil construction company based in Ballarat, Victoria. The company was established in September 2004 by current owners and operators David Orr and Cameron Bowers.
David and Cameron are both qualified Civil Engineers and have more than 60 years combined civil construction experience.
David and Cameron lead a team of appropriately qualified and experienced Project Managers, Engineers, Foremen, Leading Hands, Operators, and Skilled Labour Workers.
Enoch Civil operates out of a purpose built office and workshop facility in Ballarat, Victoria and has a fleet of modern trucks, plant and equipment capable to complete a variety of works.
Enoch Civil operates under a third party accredited Integrated Management System to:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
Enoch Civil is prequalified with state government authorities to undertake road construction, bridge construction and maintenance, traffic management, and safety barrier installation as well as VEDN prequalified to undertake the civil components (trench works, pits and conduit installation) of electrical installation works.
